a hash brown omelette (essentially an omelette but replace the eggs with hashed browns) and biscuits and gravy...

Welcome to Southern eating my friends! It's pretty much what I thought it would be: big, fried, and cheesy! Eating here is going to be so much fun. I wish I could eat out more (the wallet is, unfortunately, light) and when I do, you can bet it's gonna be greasy and fried and greasy. Oh wait, I wrote it twice? No, that's not a typo, that's just how it is down here. Cheers to clogged arteries!
