I was flipping through the channels when my mom was in town and stumbled upon this...it's a show that looks scarily similar to Dora the Explorer but they teach (get this) Mandarin! The characters speak English most of the time ("let's go on an adventure!") but randomly they'll say things like "this apple was hen hao chi!" meaning "this apple tastes really good!".I couldn't take my eyes off of it because it was so random! The little girl looks like Dora but with a Sailor Moon hairstyle and her fellow companions were talking animals. I watched it for like 15 minutes; in my heart, I was hoping I could pick up on some new Chinese words. It was kinda cool, but also kinda weird at the same time...
